A Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering graduate from Dhole Patil Engineering College, Pune (Class of 2016), Mr. Salunke’s journey into the private sector was fueled by his passion for dynamic challenges and strategic growth.
Between 2016 and 2018, he gained invaluable experience in the civil engineering sector, establishing a solid foundation for his future endeavors. Since 2018, he has played a pivotal role in the successful execution and sales of renowned projects such as Vrindavan, Dattvatika, Shubharambh, and Shivaangan Tower, achieving an impressive milestone of 350 flats sold across four towers

Since founding Matoshri Enterprises in 2006 and expanding into construction as Matoshri Group in 2014, he has been the driving force behind our growth. At the forefront of our company’s growth and vision is Mr. Swapnil Gendilal Salunke (Patil), a dynamic leader with expertise in civil engineering and real estate development. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from D.Y. Patil College of Engineering, Akurdi, Pune, and has further honed his business acumen through the Business Mastery Program from Business Coaching India.
Following his graduation in 2017, Mr. Salunke dedicated the next three years to preparing for the Civil Services Examination (UPSC). While this journey enriched his analytical and problem-solving skills, he ultimately decided to channel his passion into the real estate sector, joining forces with his brother to establish a strong foothold in the industry.
Between 2020 and 2022, he played a key role in the successful development of the Shubh Aarambh project in Lohgaon, gaining extensive experience in project execution and market dynamics.
